Hi there.  My name is Angel and I am an Intuitive Angel Card Reader and a Spiritual Guidance Specialist here to convey the messages and guidance that your angels have for you regarding your questions. Hello Angel,

You touched on some things that are really true about me and my situation, especially the part about leadership and mentoring.  Even regarding my self-esteem regarding my confidence with being the leader of an organization.

At times I do let power go to my head and that does seem to put people off.  I'm working on that!  I've been a manager at my agency for 10 years and I feel it's time to move on.  Plus I believe there are very negative forces against me there that make me very unhappy and keep me feeling insecure.

 Another fact that you touched on was my work ethic.  I am a high achiever and tend to be very focused.  Which is another thing that is causing some of the negativity in the office.

Lastly, you mentioned that I worked on embracing change.  This is so right on target that it's scary. However, I need to do more of this in my personal life.

This is my goal for 2012.
