Seasons of Life

Our time on earth is comprised of seasons that make life meaningful. Every trip around the sun is complex and unique. There are periods of stillness, followed by action. There are moments of rest that birth deep reflection. There are seasons of hope that give way to change. There are also times for letting go.

Letting go is never easy. Especially, when we love someone and want to make it work. Or, when we don’t get a chance to say goodbye or send them one last text.  When friendships fall apart, or families are at odds, letting go is the hardest thing to do.

Sometimes, it’s the only thing to do. All we can do is take a step back, accept what is happening, and release it to the divine. It’s incredibly challenging to relinquish control but as we move deeply into 2022, life will ask us to do just that. Let go of what is no longer in our hands and watch the future unfold.

This is a profound time of growth for all inter-personal relationships. Some connections will break and the ending will be inevitable. Other relationships will blossom and give way to new beginnings. Some souls will be reborn and will make their transition to the other side.

The point of it all is not to look away, but to surrender. Give in to what is happening and allow life to flow. Allow it to move in a turbulent, chaotic, crazy, sort of way. Allow yourself to grieve, laugh, and rejoice as life ebbs and flows. Let go of the past, embrace the present, and have hope for the future.

Keep going. Keep living. Keep loving.

That is how you move forward and honor the seasons of life.

“To everything turn, turn, turn

There is a season turn, turn, turn

And a time for every purpose under heaven.”

-The Byrds

How to Add a Review

Having clients add reviews for you is a very simple process. Simply have them navigate to your Public Profile page (most profile pages are named as follows:

https://bestamericanpsychics.com/listing/your-name

You can simply navigate to your own profile page, then highlight the complete URL or web link in the top of your browser, and that is your Profile Link.

Once there, your clients have the option of viewing your reviews and writing reviews.

Have them click on the Reviews tab and they will see a section in the middle that reads LEAVE A REVIEW.

LEAVEREVIEW

Click on LEAVE A REVIEW – which will then take them to this screen:

submitreview

At this point, they only need to follow the screen prompts and then submit. All reviews go into a Pending folder in the Administrative back-end, so that we can review them first.

Profile Photos

Many of you have great plans for promoting your work. We are here to help with the offerings, but we require the correct content. Any photos submitted for websites, video, social marketing, and our general promotion of you need to be high resolution. This means they need to be at least 300 dpi. Otherwise, they will pixilate and become blurry. We need a clean, high quality professional image. If any of you have seen the recent Instagram posts that have been going up of your profile shots, you can see that those that are high resolution are crisp and clear, those that aren’t are blurry. We did nothing to your photos but load them. This is a great example of how the low res photos will convert. So please be aware. If photography is not your strong suit, there are some youtube videos and articles that may help. I am posting one brief one here for those that are interested.

A note on profile photos: What do we mean by a high resolution photo? If you open your photo in Word or another program and try to enlarge it, what happens? Does it become pixelated or blurry? If so, you need a much higher resolution photo. One that can be resized (within reason) and it looks just as good as the original. This will help in all promotional materials. Also, make sure you have an updated photo. One that portrays what you look like in person.
