As part of our application process, we require completion of an interview. The interview consists of a phone interview and some hard copy question/answers. This is the electronic (hard copy) section. We ask that you please answer these questions as thoroughly as possible and return to us in timely manner. The sooner we receive this submission, the sooner we can move forward with your application.
The questions in this section pertain to professional metaphysical training. Please note: A lack of professional/formal training will not necessarily exclude you from membership. This is to make us aware of any training that you have had.

2a. We strongly recommend that you schedule an appointment for a professional photo. It is a requirement for membership to our site. Even if your application is denied, you will have the photo for your own personal use. You can find great deals on Groupon or at a photo studio such as JC Penney. Check for coupons and specials.
