Raising Our Vibration Beyond the Hype

Hype is an energy, an addictive and emotive excitement that, increases our adrenalin and therefore results in action being taken. There is no doubting this.

Hype, however, should not be misunderstood for a higher vibration.

Hype can incite spectacular and wonderful things and a sense of pride and achievement. The hype created after your favorite sports team wins a world championship, is a feeling and energy that we all love to be in. It gives us such an uplifted feeling. We can all celebrate together.

Hype can also be created from a lower energy such as resentment, not taking responsibility and shifting blame, jealousy, wrong doings, greed, revenge, and the need to control. It is often created by those who have delusions of grandeur, such as a narcissist type of
personality. A Charismatic personality is often clever at inciting hype in people. Hype can incite riots, violence, hate, discrimination. It can convince people to act in ways that are out of character and do things in the moment that they may later regret.

Negative hype breeds speculation, and speculation is a like a wave that rushes through people who get dragged into it. It builds rumors, gossip without evidence, and creates a hypnotic state of false unity but really, its purpose is to cause division. Division is spread
through dis-information, no fact checking, and no regulations or ethical standards.

To divide and conquer, is a technique used by anyone wanting power over others. It is never obvious; it is always hidden within hype and the speculation created thereafter. Hype can make people blind to negative aspects of a person and therefore they lose their consciousness to this. Once hype has a hold of people, it is spread quickly, now more than ever through social media.

Negative hype is usually based on fear, however because most people lack self-awareness, and understanding of those who seem different, or hold different beliefs, they do not understand that fear is the cause. Their inner fear leads them to believe whatever is said, they forget to question anything. The energy of the hype and speculation is so powerful and therefore the feeling created takes a life of its own and people can become lost in it.

A true higher vibration brings a sense of belonging, calm, and balance. It brings clarity. This breeds empathy, compassion, understanding, and openness. It creates awareness and healthy boundaries and respect. It is the foundation for collaborating, and co-operation.

Togetherness and Oneness. It creates a safe space for people to uplift one another and to share resources and ideas. It is gentle, and energizing, yet it is balancing and grounding. It gives us the space to question, to be authentic and honest. It also allows us to remain
objective and view a person or situation in a holistic way, the whole picture, not just part of it. The Yin, and the Yang if you will, the dark and the light, the good and the evil. The ability to observe the whole and not part, without judgement allows us to work in truth to raise our vibration higher.

It allows the space needed for our intuition to come through clearly and accurately.

The call for us to live by our intuition is stronger than ever, lets unite in a true higher vibration, and become self-aware so that we do not lose ourselves to a false energy and entity created by hype.

To get to this higher vibration, the first step is to embrace self-awareness, because self-awareness creates emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence creates true empathy, which changes the entire outlook or perspective of a situation. Where there is empathy, there is intuition, and intuition is our direct connection to Spirit and to the truth.

As we transition through changes that are currently happening, we must practice this as much as we can so that we do not risk becoming lost in the false energy of hype and speculation. So that we can maintain a higher vibration and connect with other souls who
are doing the same thing.

Intuition & Empathy vs Artificial Intelligence

As we enter the era of Artificial Intelligence, and the fake news epidemic is on the increase, it is at the point where many people do not even know what is real or the truth anymore. The lack of regulation of AI technology, and unregulated fact checking leaves a chaotic situation, and  if we buy into any of the fake news or social media posts, it takes our attention onto things which deflect our attention away from our souls,  into the game of illusion.

The forming of unnatural emotional connections to robots, chat bots, and the new technology not yet released, in order to avoid the pain that is necessary for true human experience of Personal and Spiritual growth, and to create some sort of easy, feel-good culture, simply means that we will be controlled, and essentially limited as human beings. The positive push of the benefits of AI (and here are many positive benefits), is being used to mask the obvious negative impacts. Balance is required, and yet that is not happening.

As we hand our thinking and planning capacity over to AI, we are losing a crucial ability to seek solutions, and figure things out for ourselves. Will we lose the need to question, to feel certain crucial human emotions? If we do not have these, then our need to connect to our intuition will literally be dumbed down.

We could lose our sense of personal pride and achievement and may well be headed towards what is termed as Singularity. (When Artificial Intelligence is more intelligent than humans, and we are completely dependent on it). We risk losing our conscious individuality, and our true connection to the unconscious and higher consciousness will be severed, and interrupted, and our subconscious mind will also be affected. We need all of these to connect to our soul, to who we truly are.

“Our soul’s purpose, which from what Spirit has shown me, is transformation of humanity into individual authenticity, which then becomes a mass collective consciousness and into the higher dimensions”.

The richness and the depth presented by this opportunity at this crucial time out of all the history of humanity to find our true connection to our soul self, and then to connect to others through their soul selves, is one that we lightworkers came here for. To bring the Spirit of higher dimensions through to earth in a mass consciousness. If we lose ourselves to technology, this opportunity will be lost forever, as the concept of Spirituality through “AI creates the biggest illusion that mankind has ever faced”. When we become caught in illusion it is exceedingly difficult to find your way out of it.

Already I have witnessed people who identify as “Spiritual”, preaching that humans and robots will merge and we will live in some sort of a 5th dimensional utopia. Spirit has shown me that this is NOT the way through to the 5th dimension. These people are mesmerized and hypnotized by technology. And technology is owned by Billionaires, these people who are unaware or just not interested in the importance of human consciousness, spirituality, or a higher connection. Nor are they interested in anyone who does not agree with them. Spirituality/empathy/intuition is the vital role in the evolution of humankind.

“You can aim for Mars, but you are still the same person on Mars, without Spirituality and growth, you are merely changing locations but not transcending higher, no matter how impressive that looks on the outside.”

“The way to the 5th dimension is to go within, not by connecting to an artificial source from outside of yourself.”

Truth:
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CAN NEVER HAVE NATURAL HUMAN or ANIMAL INSTINCT, NATURAL EMPATHY, OR INTUITION. It can only mimic it. It cannot work with spiritual frequencies. So, as our Spirituality unfolds so that we can cut through illusion (what we have been conditioned to do and believe), our own personal intuition will be tested, and it is being tested right now, much more intensely than it ever has.

To decipher the actual truth, it is important that we practice living intuitively every day. Take notice of the energy, what you “feel” and make our decisions by incorporating our intuition. Critical thinking is so important, however, critical thinking without intuition in play, is a waste of time from the respect that people can only speculate, and then feed off theories that escalate, where there is no actual proof.

So yes, think critically, question everything regardless of its source, but then STOP, and reflect to see if you are grounded and calm, or emotive and reactive. See if you are unbiased or are you influenced by the drama, the hype, the speculation. Become aware of your emotions, are you fearful, angry, sad…?? Are you feeling pressured and self-doubt? Do not just jump onto any bandwagon theory. Take your time. Allow the answer to come to you, rather than search for it. Even if it does not align with what is happening on the surface, remember it, and wait.

Intuition requires a clear space to come through into your consciousness, and if you are emotional or reactive, then there is no room for intuition, and only room for misinformation to escalate. The buildup of drama, hype, and speculation from these theories, puts people
on a high, where they ride that wave uncontrollably and lose themselves in it. Intuition simply does not and cannot exist in that kind of energy.

Keep going deeper using your own intuition, question everything, practice self-awareness and emotional regulation. Discern whom to have spiritual conversations with, observe, and stay aware. Together we can lift humanity into a state of true higher consciousness
towards the fifth dimension.

The Spiritual Importance of Forgiving Others and Oneself in the New Year

As we step into a new year, the desire for a fresh start often inspires us to set goals, intentions, and resolutions. However, one of the most powerful ways to create meaningful change in our lives is through the practice of forgiveness. Forgiving others and, just as importantly, forgiving ourselves, is a profound spiritual act that can clear the energetic clutter of the past, making space for new blessings to flow into our lives. Embracing forgiveness in the new year is not just about letting go of grudges; it’s about releasing what weighs down our spirit so we can align with a higher frequency.

The Healing Power of Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a deeply spiritual practice that can transform our inner world. When we hold onto anger, resentment, or guilt, we create energetic blockages that prevent us from experiencing peace and joy. These heavy emotions tether us to the past, making it difficult to move forward. On a spiritual level, forgiveness is like cutting the cords that bind us to painful memories, freeing us to live in the present moment with a sense of lightness and clarity.

Forgiving others is not about condoning harmful actions or forgetting what happened. Rather, it’s about choosing to release the grip that those experiences have on our emotional and spiritual well-being. By letting go of resentment, we reclaim our energy and power. We also create space for healing and, often, deeper understanding. As difficult as it may be, forgiveness is a gift we give to ourselves. It is a conscious decision to no longer let past wounds control our present happiness.

The Importance of Self-Forgiveness

While forgiving others is crucial, self-forgiveness is just as vital for spiritual growth. We can be our own harshest critics, holding ourselves to impossible standards and punishing ourselves for mistakes we’ve made. This can manifest as guilt, shame, or regret, which, if left unaddressed, can erode our self-worth and block our spiritual progress.

Forgiving ourselves means acknowledging that we are human, capable of making mistakes, and worthy of compassion. It requires us to look inward, see where we’ve fallen short, and understand that every misstep is an opportunity for growth. By practicing self-forgiveness, we learn to extend the same compassion to ourselves that we would to a loved one. This self-compassion is a form of self-love that is essential for manifesting the life we truly desire.

Forgiveness as a Spiritual Reset for the New Year

The new year offers a unique energetic opportunity to release the past and begin anew. As we move into this fresh cycle, taking the time to practice forgiveness can serve as a powerful spiritual reset. It is like clearing out a cluttered room to invite in new light and possibilities. By forgiving others and ourselves, we align with a frequency of love, acceptance, and abundance.

To make this process intentional, consider creating a forgiveness ritual to mark the start of the new year. This can be as simple as writing down the names of those you want to forgive—including your own—and burning the paper as a symbolic release. Another powerful practice is a meditation focused on the heart chakra, where you visualize a soft, healing light washing away any lingering pain or resentment.

Personally, I have found that forgiving those who hurt me, as well as forgiving myself for allowing certain situations to affect me, has been one of the most liberating practices. In my past, I carried the weight of feeling disempowered in relationships where I allowed others to dictate how I felt. Releasing that hurt and forgiving myself for the times I stayed too long or compromised my own needs has brought a deep sense of peace and empowerment. It’s a reminder that forgiveness is not a one-time event but an ongoing journey of self-liberation.

Embracing the New Year with an Open Heart

By committing to forgiveness as part of your spiritual practice, you set the tone for a year filled with lightness and possibility. The energy you release through forgiveness allows you to attract more positive experiences and deeper connections. As you step into the new year, embrace the idea that each day is a chance to choose peace over pain, love over fear, and acceptance over judgment.

Ultimately, the spiritual significance of forgiveness lies in its ability to transform our inner landscape, making us more aligned with our highest selves. It is a practice that not only heals our spirit but also raises our vibration, allowing us to welcome in the blessings and opportunities that await us in the year ahead. So, as you turn the page to a new chapter, consider forgiveness as the key to unlocking a year filled with joy, freedom, and spiritual growth.

Cleansing and Aligning Your Spirit for a Fresh Start

As we welcome the new year, many of us are looking for ways to reset our energy and align more deeply with our spiritual purpose. One powerful tool to support this renewal process is the use of crystals. These natural formations have been revered for centuries for their energetic properties, helping to cleanse, protect, and align our spirit with the vibrations we want to manifest. Whether you’re new to crystals or looking to expand your collection, here are some of the best stones to work with as you enter the new year.

  1. Clear Quartz: Amplifying Intentions and Clarity

Clear Quartz is often known as the “master healer” because it can be programmed with any intention you wish to set. This crystal is perfect for the start of a new year because it amplifies your thoughts and desires, helping you manifest what you want in the months ahead. It’s also fantastic for gaining clarity on what you truly want, cutting through the noise of external influences. To use Clear Quartz effectively, hold it during meditation and visualize your goals for the year. Allow its energy to amplify your intentions, helping you align with your highest potential.

  1. Black Tourmaline: Grounding and Protection

The new year often brings with it a desire to release old patterns and energies that no longer serve us. Black Tourmaline is an excellent crystal for grounding and protection, making it a powerful ally for letting go of negativity. If you’ve been feeling drained or overwhelmed, working with this stone can help cleanse your aura, shielding you from unwanted energies. I recommend keeping a piece of Black Tourmaline near your front door or work area to maintain a clear and protected space as you embark on new beginnings.

  1. Amethyst: Connecting to Higher Guidance

Amethyst is a wonderful crystal for deepening your connection to your intuition and spiritual guides. Its calming, high-frequency energy is perfect for those who are looking to enhance their spiritual practice in the new year. Amethyst can assist with meditation, dream work, and accessing the Akashic records, which can provide insights into your soul’s path. By placing Amethyst on your nightstand or under your pillow, you can encourage clearer dreams and intuitive downloads. This crystal helps you align more deeply with your spiritual journey, making it easier to receive messages from the universe.

  1. Citrine: Manifesting Abundance and Joy

Citrine is known as the “stone of abundance,” radiating positive energy that attracts wealth, joy, and success. It’s a perfect crystal for setting intentions around financial growth or personal happiness for the year ahead. Citrine doesn’t hold onto negativity, so it doesn’t need to be cleansed often. To work with Citrine, place it in your wallet, on your desk, or in any area where you want to welcome abundance. Its vibrant energy will help lift your spirits, bringing an optimistic outlook as you pursue your goals.

  1. Selenite: Cleansing and Raising Vibrations

Selenite is one of the best crystals for clearing away stagnant energy and raising your vibration. It has a pure, white light that connects you to higher realms, making it ideal for aligning with spirit and setting your intentions for the year. Selenite is also self-cleansing, and it can cleanse other crystals too. Simply placing a Selenite wand near your workspace or on an altar can help maintain a high-vibrational environment. I personally love to use Selenite in my spiritual practice to create a sacred, clear space before doing intuitive readings or connecting with spirit.

  1. Labradorite: Embracing Transformation and New Beginnings

Labradorite is a crystal of transformation, making it a powerful stone to work with as you embark on a new year filled with change and potential. It enhances your spiritual awareness, deepens your connection to your inner wisdom, and encourages you to embrace the unknown with confidence. Labradorite is perfect for those who are stepping into new roles, projects, or ways of being. Meditating with this crystal can help you navigate the transitions ahead with grace, opening your mind to unexpected possibilities.

Using Crystals for New Year Rituals

To get the most out of these crystals, consider creating a ritual to welcome the new year. For instance, on New Year’s Eve or the first new moon of January, you can cleanse your space with Selenite and then set your intentions with Clear Quartz. Holding Amethyst during meditation can help you connect to spiritual guidance, while Black Tourmaline can protect your energy as you step forward into new endeavors.

A simple but powerful way to use these crystals is to create a crystal grid, arranging them in a pattern that reflects your intentions for the year. Place the grid in a central space in your home or on your altar to continuously infuse your environment with the energy of your chosen stones.

By working with these crystals, you can begin the new year aligned, grounded, and ready to manifest your soul’s desires. As we enter this fresh chapter, may these stones serve as your allies, helping you cleanse the past, set new intentions, and align more fully with the spirit of who you are becoming.

Turning Pain into Purpose – A Journey of Healing and Transformation

Pain is an inevitable part of our human experience, but how we respond to it can profoundly shape our lives. Is this happening to me, or is this happening for me (now pause reading here, go and look into a mirror, place hands on the hips, and embrace that strong, Superhero pose as we decide our focus on the pain either as a victim of life or the owner of it)? Many individuals worldwide and throughout history have discovered that suffering can catalyze personal growth, healing, strength, and transformation. By reframing pain as an opportunity for purpose, we can find meaning in our struggles and use them to fuel our passions. “The greatest illusion of this world is the illusion of separation. Things you think are separate and different are actually one and the same.” -Guru Pathik.

While pain is a universal experience for everyone who has ever lived, its impact will always vary from person to person. By embracing our suffering and transforming it into purpose, we can create meaningful change in our lives, the lives of others, and this amazing world we all share. This transformation journey, though challenging, holds the potential for profound personal growth and fulfillment. Ultimately, our pain can become a powerful narrative that defines our purpose and inspires those around us.

Understanding Pain:

Pain can manifest in physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual forms. It often serves as a signal that something is wrong, prompting us to take action. While it can be debilitating, pain also has the potential to teach us valuable lessons about resilience, compassion, empathy, and the human condition. We should accept our feelings and experiences without judgment and or opinion. Understanding our brain and heart pain is the first step toward acceptance, healing, and transformation.

Finding Our Purpose:

Channel energy. Use the energy from our pain to fuel our passions and discover a new purpose in life. Whether through art, writing, dancing, plant medicines, meditation, yoga, hiking, volunteering, or advocacy, channeling our feelings into creative outlets can bring a sense of purpose, healing, and transformation! Transforming pain into purpose often involves setting new goals. These can be related to personal development, career aspirations, or social impact. Having a clear direction can provide motivation and focus, and setting clear, attainable goals can give us a sense of purpose.

Practice self-compassion. Be kind to yourself during this change process. Understand that healing takes time and that it’s okay to feel vulnerable. Life is not a sprint but a marathon, and as Mr. Mark Twain reminds us, “Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many.” Embracing self-compassion is a crucial part of this journey, allowing us to navigate the challenges with grace and a positive mindset.

Embrace change and engage in deviational mindfulness. Understand that our journey will evolve as we do and as life does. Stay open and flexible to new passions, inspirations, and purposes that may arise as we heal. Practices like meditation, qigong, breathwork, and yoga can help us stay in the present moment while reducing anxiety, depression, and stress related to past pain and the fast changes taking place in the material world. We soon learn that the only constant in life is that of change, so we work to keep up with the waves of change vs. being underneath them.

Celebrate small wins and stay committed. Acknowledge progress, no matter how small. Celebrating achievements can enhance our motivation, healing, and transformations and reinforce our sense of purpose. Turning our pain into passion is a journey, not a destination. Stay committed to growth, be patient, and allow that grace and self-compassion to flow daily. Each small step forward is a reason to celebrate and a reminder of our resilience and strength.

Reflection. Take time to reflect on our pain. Take the time to disconnect to make the time to reconnect. It will help give us perspective on the pain through Reflection, acceptance, and surrender to the power of purpose. What specific life experiences have shaped us? Better said, we are the sum of all our life experiences and the lessons we have learned all along the way. Journaling can be helpful for life’s toolbox in this process, as it provides a record of growth and transformation from our past. Journaling can also help us articulate our feelings. Write about the pain, its meaning, and how it has affected our lives.

Connect with others. Sharing our experiences can foster connection and understanding. Support groups, forums, or conversations with family, friends, and yes, even our fur babies can provide a sense of community, connection, and validation as we “prospect” through our pain. Connecting with others who have experienced similar pain can be empowering. Consider joining support groups or online communities.

Inspiring real-world examples:

Many influential figures have turned their pain into purpose. Ms. Oprah Winfrey, for instance, overcame a traumatic childhood to become a leading voice in self-improvement and empowerment. Similarly, Ms. J.K. Rowling faced numerous rejections before publishing the Harry Potter series, inspiring millions worldwide. Mr. Nick Vujicic, born without arms and legs, overcame immense challenges and is now a motivational speaker and author known to many around the globe for his purpose, inspiration, and tenacity.

The Power of Reframing:

Reframing is a psychological technique that involves changing how we perceive a situation. Instead of viewing pain as a negative experience, we can see it as a stepping stone toward growth. This shift in perspective allows us to extract valuable insights from our suffering, which can inform our future choices and actions. Dr. Wayne Dyer reminds us, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

Mr. Tony Robbins grew up in an unstable household. Tony faced years of financial struggles and personal challenges, but instead of giving up and giving in, Tony turned his negative experiences into a career and purpose as a motivational speaker and life coach who has helped millions achieve personal and financial freedom. Ms. Brené Brown, known as a researcher and author in the work of vulnerability and shame, shares her struggles and pain through her popular TED talks and books to inspire others to embrace their imperfections and live authentically with purpose. Their stories remind us that pain can be the precursor to extraordinary achievements, purpose, healing, and transformation that can change not only our lives but the lives of others!

“The soul is placed in the body like a rough diamond and must be polished, or the luster of it will never appear.” – Daniel Defoe.

Please keep going, living, and “prospecting” daily for that diamond deep within the soul and the many beautiful gems of healing, inspiration, encouragement, motivation, and transformation our world will reveal in time! It is now time to turn that pain into purpose, or as the old adage goes, what doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger! We got this and can do it together to turn that pain into purpose.

Consider sharing those painful experiences with others who can relate and listen, such as trained experts, counselors, mentors, or life coaches. This can be therapeutic and healing and inspire those going through similar struggles and pain. By actively engaging in these practices above, we can transform our pain into a meaningful purpose that enriches our lives and the lives of others. “You have power over your mind–not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”

–Marcus Aurelius.

Recognize & Resolve Your Personal Blocks

Have you ever felt like you’re stuck in a rut and can’t seem to move forward in life? It’s a common feeling that many of us experience at some point. But what if I told you that the key to unlocking your potential lies in identifying and working on your personal blocks?

Personal blocks are the limiting beliefs, fears, and negative patterns that hold us back from reaching our full potential. These blocks can stem from past experiences, societal conditioning, or even our own self-doubt. But the good news is that they can be overcome with a little bit of introspection and spiritual work.

One of the first steps in identifying your personal blocks is to take a closer look at your thoughts and behaviors. Are there recurring patterns that seem to be holding you back? Do you find yourself self-sabotaging or doubting your abilities? These are all signs that there may be some deeper issues at play.

Once you’ve identified your personal blocks, it’s time to start working on them spiritually. This can involve practices such as meditation, journaling, or working with a spiritual healer or therapist. By delving into the root causes of your blocks, you can begin to release them and create space for new, positive energy to flow in.

Another important aspect of working on your personal blocks is to practice self-love and compassion. It’s easy to be hard on ourselves when we feel stuck or stagnant, but it’s important to remember that we are all works in progress. By treating ourselves with kindness and understanding, we can start to break down the barriers that are holding us back.

Ultimately, the key to moving forward in life lies in facing our personal blocks head-on and doing the inner work necessary to overcome them. By taking the time to identify and work on our limiting beliefs and fears, we can start to cultivate a sense of empowerment and create the life we truly desire.

So if you’re feeling stuck or held back in any area of your life, take some time to explore your personal blocks and start working on them spiritually. You deserve to live a life that is full of joy, abundance, and fulfillment – and by releasing your personal blocks, you can start to make that a reality.

Embracing Change and Spiritual Growth in a Post-Pandemic World

Welcome to the Party!

I really try to pay attention to what I see around me, especially when I attend Psychic Fairs and Expos around the Midwest.

Observations from the Midwest

Over the last nearly a year, I’ve noticed a wonderful, incredible number of people who are realizing that there’s way more to them than they once believed.

People of every age and description who have realized the call to a more spiritual life, to explore the many gifts of spirit that are already within them, to become attuned to one healing modality or another.  To live more in alignment with who they really are and to cast aside old programming and old beliefs that are not valid in their life going forward.

Pandemic Reflections

What I find to be incredibly exciting is the impact that I can see these people having going forward. But beyond that, I see the joy, satisfaction, and excitement on their faces around what is unfolding within them.

And while I certainly can’t know the catalyst for each of these people, I can guess. I believe that COVID-19 could have played a fairly important role for them.

It seems like there were many people who, either voluntarily or under direction, found themselves isolating at home, working from home, and perhaps having the time to actually take a look at what was going on in their lives for the 1st time.

Many of these same people very likely kept themselves so incredibly busy in their day-to-day lives that there was never any time for that deep dive into who they truly are, what they are here to do, and what they might need or want to do to live more in alignment with the incredible soul that they already are.

Embracing Change

So, for me, the various forms of tragedy that were also a byproduct of the pandemic are somewhat offset when I witness the forward motion that it very likely fueled.

It seems that we’re very much on the brink of some incredible change, upgrades, and, hopefully, some massive reconfiguring of so many parts of our country and world that no longer function in a satisfactory way. These people who are stepping into their truth, power, and purpose are needed to usher in the wonderful changes that have been on the horizon for far too long.

Celebrating New Seekers

While there appears to be a huge number of new seekers, it also seems as if another equally huge group of people who have been seekers for a very long time but undercover are coming out into the open and wearing it proudly. This is also wonderful news.

Collective Evolution

As I write this, like every time I write anything, I ask myself: What is my purpose in writing? What am I trying to say? The answer I found for this piece is to affirm and congratulate those who have come out of their spiritual closets, warmly welcome all those who are newly expanding, encourage everyone to share what they know, uplift when they can, and hold an image of peace, joy, and light around every situation and circumstance.

Conclusion

Together, we can shape the future and create the world we want to live and thrive in.

Energy in Motion: Feel It to Heal It

An excerpt from Divine Love Affair and Akashic Journey by Nancy Smith

The Energetics of Emotions

Emotions are energy in motion. Our emotions can be like flairs, rocketing up into our awareness to say “Pay Attention! This is important!”

The typical busy life is full of mental and physical jobs and tasks. Rarely have I heard anyone say “I have to spend more time feeling.” As a culture, we minimize our emotions. That is, until they snag us into feeling something we can’t avoid.

We subdue our feelings with judgments, criticism, and rationalization, or we ignore them hoping they will fade away. Feelings don’t fade away. Just like the principle of energy, emotions don’t stop they simply take another form, in another place in our consciousness. Energy is a never-ending cycle. And so are our emotions. Sometimes the new expressions can be physical ailment,  mental pressure, and psychological struggles. Unexpressed emotions can be projected onto other people places and things. Blame, shame, guilt, prejudice, jealousy are all forms of unexpressed emotions.

It’s all energy in motion.

The purest form of our internal energy is our emotion. Emotion speaks a language we understand the best. Across all cultures, humans recognize and understand emotions, even with a huge language barrier. Emotions are energy in motion. They have a message to deliver, they are designed to give us information.

Feelings, emotions, and emotional reactions are multi-layered. When we finally decide to connect with our feelings we often feel a sense of confusion. Logic tries to analyze and figure out a solution that leads to more confusion. Because we still don’t know how we really feel.

The whole communication process within our neurons and brain can break down into a hot mess. Your emotions and feelings may then go underground to your unconscious.  Your conscious self is then lulled into thinking your feelings are resolved. Truthfully, your emotions have only just begun to vibrate in your life. The resolution to this hot mess of emotions is not found in your analytical reasoning.

The Closed Circuit

A pure energy, from the Divine Creator, I call it the Akasha Energy, flows through us constantly. Like the beat of our heart, this energy pulses into our etheric and physical body.

Our entire body system, etheric, physical, emotional, and mental absorbs (or spends, or transforms) this energy as needed. This energy also is a continuous flow going throughout our body that connects us to the higher Akashic heaven. This energy is love and is the source of all wisdom, healing, and creation.

Our energy system aligns with this flow, for the most part, until something happens. Something could be a trauma, an unplanned influence, or something that stops us in our tracks emotionally, mentally, and or physically. If this event is not integrated or understood throughout our energy system, a disruption in our energy flow takes place. This disruption could cause what I call a closed circuit in our energy system. The energy continues to flow, but it no longer integrates with our consciousness.

The broken energy flows in a cycle from our root and lower chakras to the point of disruption and then back again to the root chakra. A closed circuit of energy can happen anywhere in our chakra system, since we need our lower root system to survive in life, at least one lower chakra is usually involved.

The energy flow is closed and no longer receives sustenance or guidance from other sources, including our Akashic soul source. These closed circuits can create misplaced belief systems. For instance, unresolved grief or anger that feeds off itself and perpetuates never-ending pain in our lives.

You can recognize a closed circuit when you have reoccurring themes in your life that don’t resolve. Anger without forgiveness is a closed circuit. Fear without courage, grief without resolution, or blame without compassion are all closed circuits.

It is possible to resolve a closed circuit through meditations and energy work in your Akashic Records.  Sometimes all you need to do is to dig down and feel the root emotion and listen to the message that emotion has for you. Feeling and acknowledging root emotions will open your closed circuit which will open your energy system to the divine flow of life.

The Diamonds of Being Alone

Being alone is often misunderstood and stigmatized in our society. Many people associate being alone with loneliness and isolation, but it is essential to recognize that being alone can be a valuable and enriching experience. This article will explore the art of being alone, its benefits, and how to cultivate a healthy relationship with solitude.

  1. Embracing Solitude:

Being alone allows us to reconnect with ourselves and explore our thoughts and emotions. It will enable us to step away from the distractions and noise of the world and focus on our own needs and desires. Embracing solitude can lead to self-discovery, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.

  1. Reflection and Self-Discovery:

We have the space and time to reflect on our lives, goals, and values when alone. This introspection can lead to self-discovery and a better understanding of who we are, allowing us to identify our strengths and weaknesses and make choices and decisions that align with our authentic selves.

  1. Creative Expression:

Being alone can also foster creativity and innovation. It provides the freedom to explore new ideas, engage in artistic pursuits, and experiment with different forms of self-expression. Many great artists, writers, and thinkers have credited their periods of solitude as crucial to their creative process.

  1. Independence and Self-Reliance:

Spending time alone can help develop a sense of independence and self-reliance. When alone, we learn to rely on ourselves for companionship, entertainment, and problem-solving. This can lead to increased self-confidence and a greater sense of empowerment.

  1. Mindfulness and Inner Peace:

Being alone in our fast-paced and constantly connected world allows us to slow down and cultivate mindfulness. It provides an opportunity to be fully present in the moment, to observe our thoughts and emotions without judgment, and to find inner peace and tranquility. Mindfulness practice has been shown to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and improve overall mental health.

  1. Building Meaningful Connections:

Being comfortable with being alone can enhance our ability to form meaningful connections with others. When secure in our own company, we are less likely to seek validation and fulfillment from external sources. This allows us to enter into relationships from a place of authenticity and independence, fostering deeper connections and healthier dynamics.

In Conclusion:

Being alone is not something to be feared or avoided but rather an art to be embraced and cultivated. It provides us with an opportunity for self-discovery, creativity, independence, and mindfulness. By learning to appreciate and enjoy our company, we can build a stronger sense of self, foster personal growth, and cultivate meaningful connections with others. So, let us not shy away from solitude but instead embrace it as a valuable and enriching experience.

Let Your Heart Be Full This Holiday Season

Have you ever had the feeling of so much love, grief or gratitude in your heart that you felt your chest could burst? If you have, consider yourself blessed and keep it up! If not, read on. The power of feeling fullness in your heart is a profound and transformative experience, even if it comes with intense emotions. It’s a sensation that transcends the boundaries of mere contentment; it’s an emotional richness that leaves a lasting imprint on your soul.

When your heart is full, it’s as if every fiber of your being is infused with warmth and light. It’s a sensation that can arise from moments of deep connection, profound gratitude, or overwhelming love. The intensity of these emotions might bring tears to your eyes or a lump to your throat, or a complete sob fest, but it’s in these moments that you truly understand the depth of human experience. Let it flow!

The power of a full heart lies in its ability to elevate your perspective. It allows you to see the beauty in both the extraordinary and the ordinary aspects of life. Whether it’s sharing laughter with loved ones, a breathtaking moment in nature, or a simple awareness of gratitude and kindness surrounding you, the fullness in your heart magnifies the significance of these moments.

Even in the face of challenges or hardships, a heart filled with emotion becomes a source of strength. It provides resilience, reminding you that within the dance of life, there are moments of profound beauty and connection that sustain and nourish your spirit, and remind you of who you really are.

The intensity of emotions that accompanies a full heart is a testament to the depth of your capacity to feel and experience life. It’s a reminder that vulnerability is not a weakness but a doorway to profound connection and understanding. Whether it’s joy, love, or gratitude, embracing these intense emotions allows you to live fully and authentically.

In a world where we are often taught that feeling deeply or crying is to be avoided and is often characterized by its fast pace and constant demands, taking the time to acknowledge and appreciate the fullness in your heart becomes a powerful act of self-care. It anchors you in the present moment, fostering mindfulness and a sense of peace that extends beyond the fleeting nature of intense emotions.

So, embrace the power of feeling a fullness in your heart, even if it stirs intense emotions. For within that fullness lies the magic of being alive, fully engaged with the beauty and complexity of the human experience. Allow all the feelings that come up for you in this holiday season to remind you that perhaps essentially, you ARE love.

May the beauty of the season and festivities bring you peace and fullness of heart. Whether you’re celebrating with family, friends, or finding solace in quiet moments, let your heart be full. May it be with gratitude and goodwill, even if there is some grief or nostalgia mixed in.

Wishing you a magical and fulfilling holiday season!
